But I have good news: it doesn’t have to.
I once lived as a depressed & anxiety-ridden victim who suffered from multiple eating disorders, body dysmorphia, mental & physical trauma/abuse, addiction(s), IBS, leaky gut, ADHD, anemia, and chronic adrenal fatigue. As I struggled to cope with the trauma and unprocessed emotions, I started to use drugs and foods to fill the empty void I felt inside. After spending most of my life chronically dieting, fluctuating between 10-30 pounds, self-loathing, and feeling miserable, I knew there had to be another way.
I went back to school, started studying nutrition, and quickly became hooked to being the healer of my own body. As I began to heal all aspects of myself, my symptomology began to fade into past problems. The more I learned about the mind-body connection, the more intrigued I became.
I'm now proud to say that the sickness, pain, and problems I went through led me to become the nutritionist, strategic life practitioner, and health coach I am today.
I've helped others who've struggled with their health and wellness, and I know when you put in the work, have the proper container, and the right support, you can achieve pretty much anything you want in life.
I also know that our highest outcomes are an overflow from an empowered, connected state.

Milestone #1 Getting Crystal Clear
Getting crystal clear on the bigger vision you have for yourself is so essential to make sustainable change. Together, we'll lock in realistic goals to help you achieve overall health and wellness with the accountability you need to succeed. I'll help you identify what's keeping you stuck spinning (kind of like a hamster in a wheel) in the repetitive patterns that are no longer serving you. We'll work hand in hand to create the consistency needed to build a strong foundation to live your highest + best good.
Milestone #2 Out With The Bad In With The Good
As we start to get crystal clear on what habits and behaviors are holding you back from living your best life, we can start to create a new aligned narrative for you. Together we'll detox and clean out your body from a cellular level. We'll dive deep into mind and body connection while using nutrition to fuel your body to the next version of yourself.

Milestone #3 Kicking Stress + Fatigue To The Curb
Stress and feeling tired are some of the biggest hurdles we deal with daily. Deeply checking in with the body helps you see that we tend to carry so much extra weight of "stuff" on our shoulders. Together, we'll identify a personalized plan catered to your body's body's individual needs to lift the weight off your shoulders to feel your absolute best.
Milestone #4 Building Consistent Routines For a Strong Foundation in Your Day to Day Life
Struggling to keep the consistency needed to make a sustainable change can feel daunting as heck. Developing a system that works around YOUR life will help us make a long term change a reality. As we're working together to get clear on your goals, detox out what no longer serves you ( ie, food, habits, etc.), eliminate stress, while gaining energy will give us the space to set the stage to create consistency for good in your life.

As you can see, each milestone builds off one another, and creating a system that's built around your life is how it's all possible.
